*Essbase Developer/ Data Analyst – (some Essbase Admin too)*
*Location: Columbus, OH*
*Duration: 9-12 months*
Mortgage and lending experience very important. We do all the
external and public reporting for Loan Modifications, Foreclosures, Short
Sales etc.. as well as all Portfolio and Mod forecasting etc..

*Must Have Skills:*
· *6+ years experience with Hyperion Essbase*
· *Operated as an Essbase Admin and Developer as well as a Data
Analyst.*
· *Worked with Essbase within Excel, and also worked with SmartView.
*
· *Experience includes Loading Data, Making Changes, and Building
Cubes.*
* *
*Nice to Have Skills:*
· *Technical Expectations - SQL:*
o Technical Analyst types of candidates who can interact with business
users
o Ability to write most basic SQL codes and understand concepts like
INNER JOINs vs. OUTER.
o Needs specific experience in writing SQL queries, designing and
formatting custom excel reports and graphs.
o Strong in writing SQL statements/Data Mapping/Oracle-coding and
programming experience
· *Mortgage Experience:*
o Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Servicing Experience
o Loss Mitigation and Default Servicing
· Loan Modifications, Foreclosures, Short Sales etc…
