Let me know if you have any candidate for this position. * * *BS with Financial Services Experience* *Location: NY * Business Systems Analyst - skilled at requirements definition and documentation, expert at interviewing various audiences to solicit complex requirements; able to lead portions of projects or small projects on their own, strong communication skills, strong technical skills, proficient with MS project, Visio, SharePoint, Excel, etc. Minimum 5 years as Sr. BA or project lead with *Financial* Services Business or IT environment. Additionally: recent *financial* services experience (last 1-2yrs), no healthcare or entertainment or manufacturing, definite and strong *BA* experience (not just a PM who wants to be a *BA* or vice-versa etc*) No candidates I couldn*t hire full-time Key requirements for all of them to be successful: - Need to be able to work in a fast paced environment and adapt well to changes in direction - Detail oriented, high energy - Able to communicate effectively with all levels, written and verbal - will require examples of previous written work product proving their abilities to produce high quality documents, meeting notes etc* - Strong delivery focus - need people that can execute and escalate issues/solution alternatives - Team Player - need to be able to work across organizational lines/partner - *Financial* Services industry a plus, broker dealer industry experience a plus.
