Translates business and technical requirements between the users and developers. Designs windows, screens and reports for various business functions. Ensures a quality end product by conducting thorough system testing. Conducts product software analysis to determine if we should purchase or develop internally. Estimates and prioritizes tasks for software releases and implementation. Performs cost benefit analysis and assists in developing business cases for projects. Determines scope and participates in establishing priorities for system changes. Provides on-going evaluation of system functions and design and identifies areas for improvement. Prepares and distributes status reports and other updates to users and management. Communicates actively with users on system status, including system changes, problems, enhancements, and potential impacts.
