Performance Engineer for a contract in Charlotte, NC. REMOTE work is POSSIBLE. H1B candidates accepted. Role: Performance Engineer Location: Charlotte, NC (REMOTE possible) Duration: 6+ months (extension likely) Description: * Application Performance Engineer will work with the PE, architecture, and application teams to understand, model, profile, and analyze the application. * Engineer will work with the application team to create performance budgets for application response times. * Using DynaTrace the engineer will profile the application code, compare to the budgets, and identify performance hotspots. The engineer will report these performance hotspots to the application team, ensure understanding, and collaborate with the application team to identify tuning measures or next steps. * Application technologies under performance analysis are primarily Java and .NET.
