Candidate should have around 4-5 yr of experience as Datastage administrator (Not development) on ver. 8.0 onwards on UNIX 3. Candidate should have good experience on DataStage installation, upgrade, server configuration etc 4. Candidate should have sound experience in handling typical Datastage admin activities i.e. Handling of upgrade, synchronization of Datastage code across each environment, automation of lock removal, keep Datastage code backup, setting up version control process, server optimization etc. 5. Candidate should be able to ensure the DataStage server up & running in the event of any hardware upgrade, OS level upgrade, application of new patches etc. 6. Candidate should be able to audit the job level activity. 7. Candidate should be able to setup the metadata related process 8. Candidate should have troubleshooting experience Desirable activity: 1. Knowledge of IBM CDC administration 2. Knowledge of OS level administration preferably UNIX 3. Good development experience 4. Co-ordination with different stakeholder i.e. UNIX admin or Infrastructure team 5.
