Urgent Position: Location: NYC DURation: Long Term *PMO* *Project Manager* – PMP Certification: Should have Investment Banking exp: The responsibilities of the *PMO* *Project Manager* will include: *·** **Creation of processes and procedures in alignment with SLDC Quality Management methodologies and ensuring compliance by Project Managers * *·** **Preparing and reporting project status, scope changes, project overview, resource allocation and availability, milestones, projections, Gantt charts, etc.* *·** **Preparation of senior management presentations* *·** **Maintaining Documentation Library/Database including examples, project documents, central management of MS Project files, etc.* *·** **Managing resourcing including resource availability and allocations, resource management, skills matrix and identification of gaps, project organizational structure, project roles and responsibilities, etc.* *·** **Assisting teams with logistics (meetings, workshops, presentations, etc.), producing regular reporting, recording meeting minutes.* *·** **Risk and Issue Management including assessment, logging, monitoring)* · *Engaging with various IT groups in the department, other IT groups and the business (Change and Line teams) in performing this role. * *Required Skills & Experience* *·** **Solid PMO experience in a similar role* *·** **PMP certification* *·** **Project Management experience* *·** **Power User of MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project, MS PowerPoint)* *·** **Financial Industry experience strongly preferred* ** Regards, *Neal Johnson* *Edgesys Consulting Inc.,* *Email: [email protected]* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "OracleD2K" group.
