Also responsible for providing architectural guidance, conducting design reviews and formulating platform usage standards, specifications and integration patterns. Acts as a trusted advisor and consultant by building and maintaining relationships with solution implementation architects project leads. REQUIRED SKILLS: - 6+ years experience operating in an senior role or technical leadership role on enterprise wide development projects. - 2+ years experience in design and implementation of PRPC-based solutions, including leadership role in design to develop shared/reusable enterprise rules and workflow components within Pega Process Rules Commander - Knowledge of client/server processing and object-oriented analysis and design methodologies. - Knowledge of Web architectures including portals, application servers, security, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and .Net / Java technologies. - Knowledge of relational database technologies and data access patterns and frameworks. - Ability to translate business needs into enterprise architecture requirements - Ability to comprehend rapidly the functions and capabilities of new technologies. - Must have experience building strong and credible relationships, and effectively collaborate across the extended enterprise (employee, partners, and customers) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Must be capable of driving both strategic and tactical engagements. Typical strategic engagements include - rationalizing client current state portfolio, gather future state requirements, and prescribe an actionable road map. Tactical engagements include - detailed design and implementation of data warehouse/BI and oversight through all phases of the SDLC. - Collaborates and provides guidance to various Center-of-Excellence (COE) teams to develop IP based solution frameworks and productivity accelerators - Technical Mentorship and career guidance for a team of direct reports (Architects) and BPM practice members - Works with multiple projects simultaneously (including sales proposals).
