Location: Minneapolis for training and then 100% remote Duration: 6 Months Resource will be a telecommuter. Use expertise of *Oracle Data Mining* and machine learning/and/or statistical techniques to implement effective data mining program. Train team to use Oracle Data Mining. Develop training materials and deliver training to small team. Develop and deploy overpayment and fraud and abuse detection models using Oracle Data Mining software. Use sound knowledge of cluster analysis, logistic regression and neural network modeling techniques to implement innovative models. Create or implement metadata processes and frameworks. Create supporting documentation, such as metadata and diagrams of entity relationships, business processes, and process flow. Design and implement data structures. Develop or maintain standards, such as organization, structure, or nomenclature, for the design of data elements Map data between source systems, data warehouses, and data marts *Looking for around 2 years of experience with ODM, The Data Warehouse is already established. MBA or PHD preferred.
