Open and monitor tickets with HP support as required. • IP Range Management- Validate IP’s for assets in scope are represented in the DDMi device groups. • Accessibility of IP ranges - Validate the DDMi servers are able to ping and discover the seeded IP ranges. This includes confirming the appropriate firewall rules are configured as well as access to DMZ zones where appropriate. • Identification and Management of Exceptions - There are servers in the environment that have been deemed “off limits for scanning”.
