*Position : Siebel Business Analyst Location : Ft Lauderdale, FL Duration : 6+ Months contract* *Some more input on the BA for Siebel. Does not have to be too techy, below are some of the notes: *Facilitating of sessions, gathering requirements, use cases, Have to be able to know the relationships of the objects and tables. And navigation of the Siebel tools. Tech savvy but mainly functional.. *Must-haves *Minimum of 5 year of experience as a Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst working on moderately complex technology-Siebel CRM Strong JAD/JAR (Joint application design/joint application requirement) sessions experience Functional knowledge of Siebel CRM applications Working knowledge of business requirements and system requirements methodology Working understanding of Avaya CTI and or CTI systems desirable Strong analytical and problem definition and solving abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server operating systems Must be responsive and deadline-oriented with a sense of urgency *Plusses *Avaya CTI experience Task based UI with Version 8.1 *Day-to-Day *Focuses on demonstrating knowledge of established concepts in reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating functional processes in a Siebel CRM 8.1.1 Call Center environment. Understands the concepts, tools, and techniques for the Siebel system and CTI development. Analyses and designs the Siebel to support the business with a focus on Siebel CRM task based user interface, BI Publisher, CRM Desktop and other new features design. Tracks and analyzes business practice trends.
