Operationalizing Weblogic instances including patching, deployment, log managment, startup shutdown etc. Provide turnover and training Operations and offshore personnel as needed. Ability to understand complex concepts and communicate effectively to IT or non-IT personnel.Understanding policies and procedures and work within them and champion them to others. University degree in the field of computer science or computer information systems or other degree with equivalent work experience required. Candidate will possess a minimum 7 years as a Weblogic administrator in a clustered environment. In-depth knowledge of Weblogic versions 10 & 11. Ability to work flexible hours and participate in on-call after hours support. Ability to perform well in a high pressure environment with changing priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and team player attitude. Experience integrating and working with JMS, Apache, Tomcat, LDAP, Oracle, VMware and other related technologies.
