Strong knowledge on Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000 & Windows 2003 & Windows 2008 including Active Directory. 2. Should have good knowledge & troubleshooting skills on MS Clusters, Windows Load Balancing, Network Load Balancing 3. Excellent troubleshooting skills 4. Should have worked with Windows Resource Kit/Support tools/Sysinternal Tools 5. Expertise in WINS, DNS, DHCP & TCP/IP protocol suite and command line utilities 6. Should have worked with OEM hardware (IBM/HP), & remote connectivity tools 7. Should have worked with more than one patching & antivirus tools 8. Knowledge of Windows Registry, including knowledge of modifying system registry to support installed applications and document configuration changes. 09. Monitor the network link between the sites and DCs & Review the Active Directory response time reports. 10. Troubleshoot Replication/KDC Issues 11. Review the domain controller disk space reports, Review all performance related reports. 12. Ability to Modify/Extend Active Directory schema. 13. Adjust performance counter thresholds or disable rules that are not applicable to the environment or that generate irrelevant alerts. 14. Resolve alerts indicating the following services are not running: FRS, Net Logon, KDC, W32Time, and ISMSERV. 15. Expertise in Microsoft Cluster services. 16 Experience in at least one backup tool – Backup Exec /Net backup /Arcserve/ Legato. 17 Installing, configuring and maintaining Win2K, Win2K3 and Win2K8 Servers 18 Design & Implementation of Active Directory. 19. Experience on Domain Migration and Consolidation using tools like (ADMT, QuestMigration Suites) 20. L3 Active Directory / Windows OS (2003 / 2008) / Group Policy / Terminal Server / IIS / FTP / DFS/ 21. Working knowledge of Imaging Solutions like (WAIK/WDS/Altiris/Achronis) 22. Working knowledge of Remote services like (RADIUS/TS Gateway,VPN Server) 23. Excellent Knowledge of RAID, Disk and Related utilities. 24. Knowledge of MPIO/SCSI/ISCSI/Fiber 25. Working Knowledge of Hyper-V and SCVMM. 26. Knowledge of Scripting using (Powershell,Visual Basic,WMI) 27. Ability to perform RCA (Root cause Analysis) 28. Ability to optimize given solutions 29. Hardware: Hands on Servers (HP/DELL/HP/IBM) 30.
