E-Business solutions.
 No less than 5yrs of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite versions
11.5.10 and R12, PREFERABLY working on re-implementations.
 Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills

 Experience with Documentation Repositories (ie. Sharepoint, Clearcase,
etc)

Open Roles
*Position 1: Oracle General Ledger (GL) and Fixed Assets (FA)*
Resumes must demonstrate project, technical and process expertise in
General Ledger and Fixed Assets and full understanding of the end-to-end
business processes underlying Record to Report.
Must have at least 5yrs of previous project experience with Oracle R12
reimplementation work with emphasis on GL and FA. Proposed personnel are
required to submit a narrative for each project describing the scope of
services, their role and responsibility, name and address of the client,
contract start date, end date, contact name and current telephone number
for references of each project.
Responsibilities will consist of, but not limited to:
 Facilitate process mapping for business area. Conduct process walkthrough
and analysis of existing processes and determine process gaps and issues to
be discussed and resolved for the review of deployment of R12 for the GL/FA
modules.
 Document business requirements and solutions in the appropriate
documentation repository.
 Redesign the structure of the accounting flex field, as required.
 Working with Sub ledgers.
 Compare processes with current procedures and ensure the re-implemented
procedures continue to support the required processes.

*Position 2: Oracle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)*
Resumes must demonstrate project, technical and process expertise in
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Must have at least 5yrs of previous project experience with Oracle R12
reimplementation work with emphasis on AP and AR. Proposed personnel are
required to submit a narrative for each project describing the scope of
services, their role and responsibility, name and address of the client,
contract start date, end date, contact name and current telephone number
for references of each project.
Responsibilities will consist of, but not limited to:
 Reviewing business process maps, and documenting business requirements
and solutions in the appropriate documentation repository.
 Creating forms and reports using Optio or other XML tools.

*Position 3: Oracle Inventory Management/Order Management*
Resumes must demonstrate experience with Purchasing, Order Management and
other Manufacturing modules as well as project and process expertise in
Inventory and Order Management.
Must have at least 5yrs of previous project experience with Oracle R12
reimplementation work with emphasis on OIM and OM. Proposed personnel are
required to submit a narrative for each project describing the scope of
services, their role and responsibility, name and address of the client,
contract start date, end date, contact name and current telephone number
for references of each project.
Responsibilities will consist of, but not limited to:
 Reviewing business process maps, and documenting business requirements
and solutions in the appropriate documentation repository.
 Working with the business unit to analyze semi-intelligent item numbering
system.

*Position 4: Oracle Purchasing Specialist*
Resumes must demonstrate project and process expertise in Purchasing.
Strong knowledge and expertise of Purchasing Workflow is also required.
Must have at least 5yrs of previous project experience with Oracle R12
reimplementation work with emphasis on Purchasing. Proposed personnel are
required to submit a narrative for each project describing the scope of
services, their role and responsibility, name and address of the client,
contract start date, end date, contact name and current telephone number
for references of each project.
Responsibilities will consist of, but not limited to:
 Working with Purchasing and Manufacturing Modules
 Conduct detailed review of business requirements providing
recommendations for solutions. Results are to be documented in the
appropriate document repository.
 Working with Oracle custom and seeded workflows.
 Working with iProcurement and iSupplier.

*Position 5: Oracle Treasury and Cash Management*
Resumes must demonstrate project and process expertise in Oracle Treasury
and Cash management areas.
Must have at least 5yrs of previous project experience with Oracle R12
reimplementation work with emphasis on Treasury and Cash Management.
Proposed personnel are required to submit a narrative for each project

Grants area.

services, their role and responsibility, name and address of the client,

Resumes must demonstrate project and process expertise in Oracle HRMS with
focus on Payroll, iRecruitment, SSHR, and Oracle advanced benefits area.
Must have at least 5yrs of previous project experience with Oracle R12
reimplementation work with emphasis on HRMS. Proposed personnel are
required to submit a narrative for each project describing the scope of
services, their role and responsibility, name and address of the client,

Responsibilities will consist of, but not limited to:
 Document high level business requirements and solutions in the

*Position 8: Oracle Tech Lead*
Resumes must demonstrate a broad understanding and skillset of
technical/development functions. 3 years experience working with Oracle
forms reports is required. 3 years experience supporting technical system
interfaces is also required. Background in development or application
enterprise architecture is required.
Must have at least 6 yrs of previous project experience with Oracle R12
reimplementation. Proposed personnel are required to submit a narrative for
each project describing the scope of services, their role and
responsibility, name and address of the client, contract start date, end
date, contact name and current telephone number for references of each
project.
Responsibilities will consist of, but not limited to:
 Document technical requirements, planning for all levels of system
testing and documentation, and expertise in technical system
reimplementation approaches and planning.
 Review of high level system forms, and reports.
 Detailed assessment and review of all technical system interfaces.

*Position 9: Oracle Developers (4 positions)*
Must have at least 5 yrs of previous project experience with Oracle R12
reimplementation. Proposed personnel are required to submit a narrative for
each project describing the scope of services, their role and
responsibility, name and address of the client, contract start date, end
date, contact name and current telephone number for references of each
project.
Resumes must demonstrate the following:
 3 – 5 yrs experience with the development of Oracle E-Business forms,
extensions, customizations and reports. Candidates applying for these
positions must cite previous examples on resume.
 3 – 5 years of development expertise with Finance modules, Manufacturing
modules and HRMS modules.
 3 – 5 years of system development and systems life cycle work with
overall ERP E-Suite platform.
 3 – 5 years experience with Oracle applications 11.5.10 and R12, Oracle
database 9i, 10g and 11i.
 Strong skillsets in Oracle forms and reports.

 Experience with Oracle database 9i, 10g and 11i.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to researching, planning and
recommending updates in preparation for transitioning current Oracle ERP
E-Suite environment from 11.5.10 to R12. Technical issue troubleshooting,
tracking and escalation, and resolution of Oracle application issues.
System tuning is required. Develop and monitor automated processes, backups
and concurrent managers and alerts. System cloning of various environments
