Roles & 1. Perform data analysis
Responsibilities 2. Testing (unit, system and end-to-end)
to include data validation
3. Web service troubleshooting (payload
requests, responses and error messages)
4. Support the service delivery and
service assurance needs for Metro Ethernet
5. Interact with experts from support
teams regarding the definition and
application of non-functional requirements.
6. Provide support and mentoring to both
senior- and junior-level developers
distributed amongst the Development teams.
7. Perform other duties as assigned
