Will create and lead overall test strategy for initial implementation and break/fix solutions for PeopleSoft Upgrade from 8.9 to 9.1. Responsibilities: • Create overall test strategy • Develop testing scenarios • Provide testing LOEs • Author test scripts • Guide test data creation, as necessary • Coordinate and communicate with testers • Compile, review and summarize test results • Validation/review of vendor Unit or SIT results, as requested • 5 years hands-on testing experience with PeopleSoft • Experience with HP Quality Center tools • Excellent written and verbal communication SKILLS: PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 experience and higher experience. PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 experience is preferred. Required 3 Years Experience testing with PeopleSoft - preferably in Lead Test role. Required 5 Years HP Quality Center tools. Required 1 Years Participation in upgrade project in any PeopleSoft module, preferably HR (minimum at least 1 project). Required Knowledge on how PeopleSoft HR, Payroll and Benefits modules integrate with each other. Required Experience working in a project team with 10 total team members or higher. Required 1 Years Create, develop and author testing strategies, scripts and scenarios.
