*PeopleSoft Consultant – * *A) AP Technology Strategy* a. Liaison between the Accounts Payable team and the MIS teams (PeoplsSoft, Ariba, IT) b. Broad view planning, and managing of PeopleSoft’s enhancements included but not limited to: i. Evaluation of available audit trails vs. business impacts/benefits ii. Evaluation of PeopleSoft delivered functionality for process enhancements. iii. Alignment on general process requirements between PeopleSoft and Ariba to support day to day Business. *B) Functional Oversight:* a. Specifically, will provide functional oversight and/or consulting service for: i. Lead cross functional teams in order to: 1. Deliver solutions addressing customer requirements. 2. In conjunction with Accounts payable, ensure complete understanding of the processing issues and determine best systematic solution. 3. Define milestones, resources & schedules. 4. Guide team through change management, issue management Risk consideration and quality assurance efforts. ii. Provide direction, guidance and coordinate efforts of business analyst team. 1. Ensure on tasks, initiatives and enhancements are delivered accurately, on-time, complying with the defined scope and quality boundaries as defined in project plans. 2. Oversee development stage to ensure it meets the defined requirements 3. In conjunction with Accounts payable, ensure comprehensive system test scripts generation. iii. Support Accounts Payable efforts related to: 1. Knowledge transfer 2. Control enhancement 3. Documentation 4. Report Development 5. Process development and standardization (requirements, testing,etc) 6. Activity planning and documentation (requirements, testing, and procedure generation for system changes, etc) 7. 1099 reporting 8. Printing checks in Pittsburgh 9. Production issues - Cost center not in PNCBuys, ACH out of balance, information not on AP pending report from PNCPays, PNC Approves issue 10. Business Unit Validation 11. Adding new AP paying company 12. Removing queries from PeopleSoft 13. Running jobs for projects and tasks b.
