Urgent position: Location: NYC rate:DOE Duration: 1+years *Senior Automation Tester* –should have this exp: • *Experience with Time Keeping System using an ERP or a Customized Application.* • *Functional knowledge of HR and Payroll administration processes* The responsibilities of *Senior Automation Tester* will include: · Implementation of new and regression automation scripts using the following tools: HP QuickTestPro (QTP), HP Quality Center, IBM Rational Clear Quest and IBM Rational Clear Case. · Responsible for developing a keyword driven framework in VB scripting in HP QTP. · Under the direction of the Test Manager, the Automation Script developer will develop and maintain formal automation scripts libraries used for business applications supported by the client. · Develop and manage test cases, automated test scripts and frameworks for system, functional, stress, regression, smoke, integration and user acceptance testing. · Develop in Visual Basic scripting, understand and add into the existing automation frameworks and troubleshoot the upcoming issues. *Required Skills & Experience* · Facilitate conversion of Manual test cases to automation scripts using the framework of Keyword driven testing using Quick Test Professional. · Hands on development experience in VB scripting. · Proficient in the development of test strategy, creation of test plans, development and automation of test cases using descriptive programming and their execution. • Expertise Test Management in Quality Center, Requirements, Creation of Test Cases in Test Plan, Setting up Test Lab with Regression suite for build/release regression, Defect Management, and Generation of QC reports. • Expertise in scheduling and running QTP automation from HP Quality Center. • IBM Clear Case and Clear Quest. • Experience in Agile Testing methodology in recent projects. *Desired Skills & Experience* • *Experience with Time Keeping System using an ERP or a Customized Application.* • *Functional knowledge of HR and Payroll administration processes* • Experience testing legacy systems and 3rd party vendor interfaces • Experience prioritizing project work and issues • Experience to write queries and working knowledge of Database concepts like indexes, database logs, stored procedures etc. Please provide me following details: Full Name: Email Id: Contact: Current Location: Relocation: Availability: Visa Status: F2F: Expected Rate/Salary: Gender: 2 References from current projects in the following format.
