Engages and captures the needs of a diverse group of Stakeholders that
represent both the Business and IT. Transforms the business needs into Business
Requirements. Transforms business requirements into system requirements. Uses
various requirements elicitation techniques (brainstorm, use case, interviews,
etc). Tracks Requirements traceability from business to system requirement.
Manages changes to base lined requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal. Excellent Facilitation
skills/ An expert in identifying and understanding problems and opportunities.
This includes the ability to articulate the needs that are associated with the
key problem to be solved or opportunity to be realized. Knowledgeable in the
business and technology domains. Able to collaborate effectively with all types
of stakeholders.
