Direct Client Need Role: Salesforce Developers (2 need) & Solutions Architects (1 need) Location: Miami, FL Duration: 6+ months Job Description The salesforce.com Force.com Software Engineer will design and build unique, internal (and potentially external) customer-based solutions for extending the value of our Salesforce applications. Using the salesforce.complatform and the force.com developer toolkit, i.e. Apex, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Force.com Migration Tool, Flow, Apex, and Web Services & Metadata APIs, the candidate will build salesforce.com product extensions and develop new native products on the force.com platform. *RESPONSIBILITIES* · Perform technical evaluations, solution and design approaches to business solution needs · Lead and contribute to the technical side of projects, develop code, ensure full functional capabilities match business requirements · Perform detailed analysis of business and technical requirements · Write technical approach and design documentation *EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS* The ideal candidate has the following work and skills related experience: · Strong technical design skills with a creative flare in devising products and solutions to meet business needs · Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Developer preferred · Knowledge of enterprise systems; CRM, SFA, and ERP · Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems. · Experience with Enterprise Integration tools · Experience with extract, transformation and load tools · Demonstrated deployments of enterprise software systems using industry standard environments including XML, HTTP/HTTPS, Java and JSP/ASP in a high volume and transaction-oriented publicly facing website · Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills *EDUCATION AND GENERAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS* · Minimum of a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent. Master’s degree in CS preferred. · Certified Salesforce Developer · Client-focused attitude.
