Experience:0-3 Yrs
Job Description:
Candidates with experience in handling recruitment for US markets.
Should be good in technical & non-technical skills.
Understanding of C2C, W2, 1099, perm and contract staffing.
Sourcing, Recruiting, Pre-Screening using Dice, monster,
LinkedIn, internal database, personal networking, job postings,
database searches,
internet search engines, referrals and cold calling.
Keep records concerning recruitment, interviews, hires, and
transfers, utilizing knowledge of job requirements.
Negotiate and extend offers to candidates
Should understand US geography
Should possess good communication & management skills. {Work
timing: 8.30 PM-5.00 AM (Night Shift)}
