Role: Support Developer/Analyst
Length of Assignment: 7 Months with option to extend
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Required Skills:
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Oracle 11g+, PL/SQL (Minimum 1 year experience)
- Unix & Windows XP
Differentiator:
- IBM WTX 6.5+ (formerly called Mercator) Note: We still
will look at resumes that do not have this skill but those that have it
will be more strongly considered.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Unix Shell Scripting
- PERL
- Java - C/C++
- Competitive Retail Experience
Initially these 4 resources will take their direction from the existing
employee support staff who will be responsible for the upfront analysis of
the support tickets. Ultimately, after the new resources are ramped up we
would like them to start taking on the additional responsibility of the
upfront analysis. (which is where the Nice to Have Skills come into play)
