Position: Dynamics CRM Client : State of MI Location: Lansing, MI Duration: 12 Months+ Job Description: The client is in need of a technical resource to perform modest configuration changes to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Tool. This tool will be used to allow the help desk to manage incoming calls specific to clients policy issues. Client will have three distinct Dynamics presence (they currently have 1).
