Determine detailed application requirements based on business requirements Create technical design specifications Documentation of technical design specifications Develop application code using Oracle PL/SQL and Unix Korn shell as required Develop new and enhanced system functionality including custom code and packaged application configuration. Ensure application meets requirements by doing complete system testing, performance testing, regression testing, and integration testing. Regularly report status and raise issues/risks as appropriate. Ensure that any issues discovered after migration are dealt with and resolved immediately. Provide production support of applications and processes during the day from 7am to 9pm on weekdays and weekends. Duties will include: *Monitoring, trouble-shoot, and address job failures as soon as possible *Interacting with ControlM group on re-run/re-start instructions of ControlM jobs *Performing regular performance and data integrity checks *Troubleshooting and fix production issues reported by Business *Satisfying ad-hoc requests for interval data from Business *Escalating interval data delays to the Operations group Develop strong working relationships with individuals at all levels of company, operations, and IT applications and infrastructure teams.
