*Sr. Project Manager Needed*

*Location   : McLean, VA*

*Duration  : 6+ months Contract*

*PMP certification desirable*

The purpose of this project is to enhance the Consent Request Tracker
application to add Submission and Rep Exception processing for borrower
consent requests, improve reporting, and for continued remediation of
security findings from prior releases.

*Scope of work includes:*

·         As member of the MST team, act as primary interface between MF *Asset
Management* and the internal technology and/or vendor(s) teams to identify
business requirements, create process and project specifications,
coordinate project activities, and ensure that the project is on schedule
and within budget.

·         Provide thought leadership and work as part of a collaborative
team to develop solutions to business needs that strike the optimal balance
between functional capabilities, flexibility and cost. Seek solutions that
meet the business need, result in process efficiency, provide business
change flexibility, and increase Freddie Mac's ability to manage and
leverage data.

·         Hands-on manager who can both do and plan/develop/manage team
members to execute the work to complete project pipeline activities:

Ø  Facilitate *business stakeholder interviews*

Ø  Facilitate *business process* design and high-level requirements
discovery

Ø  Assist in development of statements of work

·         Develop business cases and *cost/benefit model in concert with
Finance and IT teams*

·         Manage development of project budget, resource plan, and schedule
during project initiation phases and collaborate with development team(s)
in planning and managing implementation phases Participate in development
of *High Level Scope/Business Requirements/Functional Specifications/Test
Plans/Rollout Strategy and Plan, etc*.

·         Lead or participate in prioritization of business requirements
and evaluation of solution alternatives to rigorously manage project scope,
budget, and  schedule to optimize delivery of business value on time and
within budget.

·         Develop and execute project work plan, track progress, and revise
plan as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Manage
day-to-day operational aspects and work assignments of project team.

·         Manage and track action items, issues, and risks to the project.
Follow up on items with appropriate parties to ensure their resolution
and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion

·         Conduct status meetings and ensure stakeholders and team members
are kept well informed of changes and status. Prepare weekly/monthly status
and budget reports and management presentations

·         Assist in the development of test cases and expected results and
manage development and execution of *UAT testing* and oversee requirements
traceability.  Work with development team to resolve issues and defects.
Review deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards.
Ensure project documents are current and stored appropriately.

*SKILLS:*

·         10+ years of experience managing and implementing
mission-critical *business applications*. Experience with ASP solutions and
*implementing COTS* systems a plus.

·         Familiarity with different development lifecycles and
methodologies as well as business analysis best practices.

·         Development of project management documentation: project
charters, scope documents, project plans, issue logs, status reports, risk
mitigation plans etc.

·         5+ years of experience in *business analysis* and major *
cross-functional* systems requirements gathering, facilitation, and
documentation are required.

·         Strong facilitation skills and process-driven analytical skills
with ability to elicit requirements across business organizational
boundaries.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able
to communicate effectively with team members, SMEs, and management on both
the business and IT sides.

·         Understanding of the mortgage industry, preferably commercial or
multifamily real estate. Experience with Freddie Mac and/or Fannie Mae
Multifamily desirable.

·         Understanding of asset management and securitization business
processes a plus.

·         Software Skills: *MS Project, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word,
MS Visio*. Requirement Management Tool experience a plus (e.g. DOORS,
Requisite Pro).
