*Location: McLean, VA* *Duration: 6 months* Analytics. Purpose is to design performance workload and execute performance testing Develop performance workload distribution test models as per production transaction mix. Create performance VUGen scripts and Simulate number of concurrent users for load scenarios to determine response times and bottlenecks. Monitor resources and collect metrics during the tests in order to determine the impact of load/stress testing on the infrastructure. Identify and document bottlenecks or delays. Communicate test results and collaborate with other teams to identify issues needing more analysis and specialized expertise. Responsible for understanding requirements, developing test plans, strong knowledge in performance testing life cycle, writing test cases and executing test cases (GUI and Back End/ DB), understanding of the data models, reporting to the test manager. Communicating technical issues and needs to the tech lead and project teams skills: SME level knowledge on Performance Test Tools – Load Runner and HP Performance Center Senior level in development of performance scripts and workload scenario setup. Ability to be Performance test SME developing and communicating performance test strategy and development and execution of the tests with minimal guidance or instruction.
