Responsible for overall project implementation landscape involving architectural design, unit testing and quality assurance of final product. Coordinating with team members both at onsite and offshore guiding them on the functional and technical aspects of the project. Doing the primary analysis and assigning the issues to the appropriate resources based upon the SLAs. Participating in defect walkthrough meetings with the development team. Conducting the change control walkthrough with the offshore team. Responsible for internal project audits. Monitoring and controlling the overall project progress.
