*Position: IT Operations Manager* *Location: San Francisco, CA* *Duration: Long term* *Job Description:* · Manage all daily activities related to data feeds from retailers including program budgets, staffing, resource requirements, and data performance. · Solve complex problems and work to continuously improve operations and results. · Increase operational efficiency dramatically by building company’s automated data management system. · Create systems to integrate new data and technology partners into Customer’s product including data providers, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, as well as verification and research companies. · Mentor and manage cross-functional staff. · Establish and maintain relationships with 35 data partners as well as with internal departments. · Key decision maker in selection of new technology partners. · Digital Display, Search, Mobile, video and Social service channels. · Oracle database, SQL Server database, UNIX, .net, Java and related ecosystem · Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning. · Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions. · Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
