A minimum of 6-8 years of Application deployment, Administration and Release management experience with at least 4+ years of hands-on expertise in Sharepoint setup, configuration, and administration (Development/QA/Production) 2. Experience using design constructs and programming on SharePoint Platform. SharePoint 2010 experience is a MUST. 3. Ability to conduct independent research on environment requirements, application logs, understand existing configurations and fix defects that are environment specific 4. Prior project experience of migrating from an existing platform to SharePoint will be an added plus 5. Strong leadership, analytical and trouble shooting skills 6. Development experience using Microsoft C#/.NET/SQL technologies 7.
