*Duration: 6 + Months* *Location: CO, LA , OH , VA* *Job Description:* 1. Someone who has experience with Agile processes and JAD sessions is a HUGE PLUS 2. MUST have telecom exp…hence VoIP. In addition to traditional telecom industry experience, candidates for this position will need to have understanding and knowledge of network and physical layer products and services, VOIP Network architectures, and the National ordering and provisioning computing (systems) 3. This person needs to be able to do cross functional or process diagrams (this is usually done in Visio) 4. Strong analytical skills with a Telecom background 5. Experience in Telecom 6 Can work well with the business and draft good use cases, diagrams and solution documentations 7. Worked as a SE or BA with all necessary functions of: requirements gathering, documentation, interfacing with many teams to include developers and testing 8. Good communication skills (both written and verbal) 9. Strong team player who can take a business requirement and translate in to a working solution. 10. Experience in ordering, provisioning, billing is definitely a plus. Someone that has done product work from the beginning to end. 11. Ability to work in Waterfall or Agile environment, to create SE artifacts for Development organization. *Here is the job description:* 1. This position will NOT have the SE’s actually touching and going into the systems to fix, upgrade, etc… as this is our “classic BA /Systems Engineer” position that Julie has hired for in the past. 2. The SE’s will heavily understand VoIP Trunking. These folks will work with various teams, cross-functional. 3. The ideal candidate will have a strong telecom and BA background as this position consists of requirements gathering and documentation. 4. The candidate MUST have experience gathering requirements and documentation within a SOFTWARE, not an operational environment. All of the consultants we have placed in the past have experience working on Software requirements 5. Solid understanding and experience of Voice Trunks this is critical experience, and resume must reflect 6. An understanding of IA (Integrated Access) and MV (Managed VOIP) would be really nice to have, but not required 7. Qualified candidates will be able to articulate solutions and perform the documentation for those solutions 8. Strong team orientation is a must 9.
