*Role: Pharmacy Network Analyst* *Location – Detroit, MI* *Contract – 12 months or longer * Pharmacy Network Analyst E/C/C *Health Care Value Division* Support and streamline Pharmacy Network processes/initiatives. Selected person will be responsible for: • Assist in current pharmacy provider enrollment/credentialing/contracting efforts along with assisting in “re-contracting” and “re-credentialing” new efforts. • Assist in development/organization of pharmacy contract filing system - electronic & hard copies. • Updating/maintaining pharmacy database (Access) which also includes sending/receiving of spreadsheet files. Sending/mailing pharmacy provider communications and assist in development of failed fax list of pharmacies. • Assist in assembling pharmacy contracts. • Assist in the development, creating, documenting and updating of current job aids, policy & procedures, flow charts, Q&A documents, etc. • Work with internal and external entities to Blues. • Assist in handling/resolving prescription claim inquiries. • Managing multiple project documents simultaneously. • Assisting with the establishment, development and improvement of new/current processes as directed. • Managing, developing and collaborating with other internal areas as needed for tasks, plans, deliverables and communications. • Assist in other projects as necessary.
