Role: *Business Analyst* Location: Detroit, MI Duration: 7+months GC and US Senior Business Analyst contractor needed as a supplemental resource in the group enrollment area to support the business readiness activities for new Wellness product implementation, operations support, 4th quarter enrollment peak demands and some data analysis. *Department Requirements:* -Wellness and Care Management Delivery Support Services Mission is to provide operational and statistical support to Wellness, Care Management, and Health Promotion and other internal customers and to assist in the effective and timely delivery of integrated health care programs that will enhance customers' experience and improve business results. -Group Enrollment installs new and renewed groups to our application systems -Documents standard group install requirements and completes entry into department reference materials and required systems -Support communications to stakeholders regarding implementations -Identifying, supporting triage and promoting resolution of group or member specific issues with our partners.
