Duties include responding to open trouble tickets escalated from the help desk; investigating and resolving messaging systems issues; installation and support of new enterprise infrastructure components and managing associated issues. Qualified candidates should possess a working knowledge of standard business computing systems in a networked environment. The I.O.A. will provide daily support and administration of systems and network computing resources through demonstrated use of analytical and problem solving skills. The Infrastructrure Operations Analyst’s business responsibilities include: - System & network administration troubleshooting to support the enterprise infrastructure of the organization - Installation of new software releases; system and network upgrades; evaluates and installs patches, and resolves software related problems. - Performs systems & component level (routers/gateways) backups and recovery.
