Position:* Jr Business Analyst* Location: Glen Mills, PA Duration: 6 months plus Interview: Phone screen to face to face Rate: $35/hr on C2C *REQUIREMENTS: * The Business Analysts role is to elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of project stakeholders, be they customers or end users. This includes interviewing stakeholders and gathering and compiling user requirements to convey to development teams throughout the software lifecycle. This Business Requirements Analyst will also apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the development process, and to ensure that project deliverables are met according to specifications. Formulating and defining system's scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of the application, business, operational and/or industry requirements. S/he develops business requirements and functional specifications for small to large sized projects. S/he can perform these functions independently and often guides.
