Please go through the below requirement.*And Please Let me know your interest.* *Position: Sr. Business Analyst (10+years resource required)* *Location:* Downtown Los Angeles, CA *Duration: *12+ months *Knowledge / Experience:* · Required: Business Analyst experience with in Wealth Management and Banking. · Strong understanding of front- and back-office business processes and operations is desired · Should be able to coordinate and communicate well and streamline requirements. · Solid understanding and/or experience with Project Management methodology (e.g. PMF) · Good understanding of critical success factors affecting wealth management, investments, brokerage industry · Desired skills include requirements methods, interviewing, data modeling, business process modeling, use cases · Leads detailed requirement phases identifying, tracking, escalating and/or resolving business issues. · Assesses, researches, analyzes and documents sponsor/stakeholder needs in accordance with Project Management methodology and deliverables. · Recommends business solutions that satisfy sponsor/stakeholder needs continually exploring and assessing options for value-add for clients. · Ensures adequate end-user documentation and training. · Contributes to successful project completion within budget and on time by identifying risks and developing/recommending mitigation strategies. · Facilitate and develop business strategies. · Understands and manages organizational change. · Models business and operational processes and data.
