And perhaps most importantly, the desire and capability to learn and develop other technical skill. *Required:* - 5-8 years of experience - .Net/SQL (research, rewriting code, bottle necks) - SQL 2005/2008 - SSIS big plus - JavaScript plus - Communication, energetic, reliable, no hand holding, well rounded individual *QUALIFICATIONS* To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Analytical: Synthesizes complex of diverse information; Collects and researches data; uses intuition and experience to complement data; designs work flows and procedures Technical Skills: Expert in developing business internal and external WEB applications with rich data content, using: - -Microsoft SQL Server 2012 - -.NET / C# / MVC - -Borland Delphi - -Microsoft Windows Server 2008R2 - -Crystal Reports or other data merge solutions (MS-Word, PDFs) - -Some proprietary reporting and screen-building tools *Education/Experience:* Exp in application development in a 3-tier environment with strong emphasis on the services layer: Web Services, WCF and OData Data Services.
