*Kindly reply to [email protected] <[email protected]>* ****MUST HAVE PIVOTAL OR SALESFORCE EXPERIENCE - if candidate has both that is a huge plus.**** Title:Technical Business Analyst (Pivotal or Salesforce) *Required Skills:* - -7+ years of proven business analysis experience in Asset Management or related industry. - -5+ years of Pivotal experience; Salesforce experience a plus - -Thorough understanding of Pivotal capabilities and limitations - -Able to lead requirements elicitation workshops, work with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria, moderate brainstorming sessions, etc. - -Experience writing specifications, e.g., business requirements, functional requirements, etc. that are clear, concise and well organized. - -Experience writing and executing test plans. - -Experience with SQL and/or navigating databases via query tool is required - -Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills. -Able to communicate effectively and confidently with users, team members, and management. - -Ability to balance multiple priorities and shift priorities as needed. - -Must be comfortable working directly with the end-users to address production issues and complete project related work. - -Requires minimal direction and maintains ownership of tasks. - -Knowledge of technology and software development lifecycle is a plus. - -Experience upgrading or implementing CRM systems; development experience a plus - -BS / BA degree in Information Technology, Business Administration (Accounting or Finance); advanced degree a plus *Job Description:* This position will assume a technical analysis and support role within the client's Application Development team with a focus on Customer relationship management (CRM) systems and activities.
