Minimum Qualifications
Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and
corresponding processes, including traceability across all phases
Applies analytical skills to determine solutions using existing processes
or new solutions
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint, including workflow
management tools
Demonstrated ability to leverage verbal and written communication in
bridging the gap between business and technical areas of an organization
Proven success building internal and external relationships with vendors,
business partners, IT partners and managers at all levels
Ability to collaborate and work with geographically distributed team
members Preferred Skills
Experience in *Financial Services or Banking Industry*, preferably Wells
Fargo
Demonstrated experience as *business or systems analyst*
Demonstrated experience in coordinating large enterprise integration
projects and teams
Demonstrated experience managing relationships with technology and
business partners
Experience with *Application Lifecycle Management/Mercury Quality Center
(ALM-QC)*
Knowledge of *relational database structures*
