*Job Description:*
5 to 8 years Experience as Business Objects Enterprise Administrator,
working with Business Objects 3.x, 4.x.
Knowledge of Business Objects Object model and architecture.
Experience with System security administration and design including
integration to active directory.
Experience installing and configuring the Business Objects/Business
Intelligence suite, test, validate and apply service packs, hot / critical
fixes.
Strong understanding of Business Objects Services for performance
tuning and configuration file changes.
Experience designing for multi-server clustered environments.
Experience in the process of upgrading and deploying Business Objects
in various environments like Development, Quality Assurance, User
Acceptance and Performance.
Experience with InfoView, Central Management Console, Crystal Reports
and Business Views.
Setting up Custom and Access level Security for Business Objects
contents and applications.
Deploying, configuring, and scheduling of reports.
Experience maintaining user and group security models.
Experience in creating universes.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Provide advanced knowledge and analysis of Business Objects 4.0
application installation and configuration experience
Provide expertise on installing, configuring, and troubleshooting
middleware on servers
Will provide and in-depth understanding of the Business Objects 4.0
Security model including experience with the audit database and reporting
Writes detailed description of installation/system administrator/user
manuals as required
Shall provide extremely high-level subject matter proficiency for work
on the Business Objects Enterprise and Data Services Platform
Assist in upgrade of SAP Business Objects XI R3 system to SAP Business
Intelligence 4. Analysis, design, installation, configuration, testing and
producing documentation will be required.
SSO and NT Authentication integration is a plus
*2 professional references of the Reporting Manager from latest projects
highly preferred.*
