*Duration: 3 Months+*
*Rate: $80-90/Hr*
*Needs only US Citizen and Green Card holder.*

· *Candidates MUST have EXCELLENT COM SKILLS and 10+ years of
professional industry experience. *
- *5 + years of SAP Design and Implementation experience in Quality
Management (QM):*
- Proven record of interacting with multiple business units and
functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate
technical and business information effectively to both technical and
non-technical people
- Proven conflict resolution skills
- Ability to understand our business, work across business units, be a
team player and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment
- Experienced working with ambiguity
- Strong problem solving/decision-making skill
- Experience leading and influencing others, including senior level
personnel
- Established skills in identifying and developing strategies to address
change management issues
- Project demands may from time to time require work during non-standard
business hours. An example would be during a system implementation at a
plant which can only happen during scheduled downtime

- Inspection Plans
- Inspection Lots
- Inspection Results
- QM Master Data
- Outbound Inspection Processing
- Previous Lab Experience in a Food Manufacturing Environment
- Quality Notifications
- Work experiences across multiple lines of businesses
- Ability to identify information required to make critical business
decisions
- Familiarity with technical requirements and system configuration
