*VB.Net Developer Needed*
*Location: Phoenix, AZ*
*Duration: 12 months*
*Role Responsibilities:*
- Develops web and desktop based solutions that deliver increased
efficiency, timeliness, and quality gains.
- Experience with entire application life cycle, including the ability
to assess opportunities and partner with staff to develop detailed
application requirements. Excellent analytic, documentation, communication,
and interpersonal skills.
- Ensures application documentation is correct and complete. Identifies
solution options and negotiates with business leads in regards to
functionality and delivery timeframes.
- Manages efforts to overcome obstacles and meet stated timeframes.
- Leads and contributes to programming and code development efforts.
- Partners with teammates, peer teams, and business contacts to identify
improvement opportunities. Ensures high quality is at the forefront.
*Skills required*
· Fully proficient and highly skilled with Microsoft .NET and
Microsoft SQL Server development.
· Proficiency in Classic ASP, VB.NET, WebForms and SQL Server,
Visual Studio 2012. Ability to convey technical ideas in clear manner to
non-technical users. Weitage will be give to candidates who are also
proficient with C#.NET, MVC, JavaScript (common libraries such as jQuery),
EntityFramework.
- Understand how the database modeling techniques relate to each other
- Experience in implementing applications using the relational databases
- Good (business) communication skills (written and spoken)
- Ability to work with multiple tasks
*Educational Qualifications*
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline,
typically six or more years of solid, diverse work experience in IT with a
minimum of four years experience application program development, or the
equivalent in education and work experience.
· Previous experience in the Education or Certification
field preferred.
