"Visa Copy required for Client submission, Please do not send H1 Transfer/ OPT" Data Modeler/ Data Analyst Bakersfied CA 12 months - Experienced as a data analyst - Should possess strong Software/Application engineering - Good communication and leadership skills - Experience of coordinating with stakeholders at various levels Duties: • Coordinate activities with other team members • Liaison and coordinate with client group, internal IT staff • Be the primary synthesizer of information collected to create findings • Work with the overall team lead for project status tracking / scheduling issues • Identify the information flows between and amongst the various systems that interface with LOWIS/FA/OA • Determine where changes/interruptions in information flows can adversely affect the PCN • Work closely with the IRM Coordinator(s) to identify information assets that need to be protected. Knowledge: • Analyze database schemas • Be able to interview effectively, people who use/design/implement/maintain information systems to understand which information is important • Create drawings and graphs to demonstrate the dependencies of information including: o Information origin o Changes and summaries to the information while being processed o Identify “System of Record” o Identify when/where information is changed • Explain strengths / weaknesses in the existing Backup-Recovery plans • Identify risks to information from: o Operational need o Reporting need o Information gaps/information integrity • Required skills: o Excellent Communications Skills o Good writing skills o Well Organized o Requires little supervision • Preferred skills: • Microsoft Visio, Excel, Office, PowerPoint 2 professional references of the Reporting Manager from latest projects highly desired.
