The Project Manager will work with selected Service Integrator to utilize Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) principles to build a tool to service ISD for areas including Request Fulfillment, Incident Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, and Asset Management. *The Project Manager must have experience leading more than one ServiceNow deployment and have their PMP certification.
