Job Description :
The objective of the Multimedia Services Generalist is to ensure all
meetings are successful by consulting with end users and providing support
for all client audio-visual facilities.
The primary focus is oriented on facilities located at the Owing Mills
campus and Pratt Street (Baltimore) locations.
This position may also provide remote assistance and coordination for the
other domestic and international sites as well as assist with the
coordination and vendor management for repair and maintenance activities
The role of this position is to assist with the overall management of
client’s domestic and international audio visual applications and
facilities.
On a daily basis this position will assist end users with the operation of
the various audio visual facilities, both remotely and in person, as well
as perform room inspections and testing to identify, correct and ensure
100% operability.
In addition to assisting users with AV technologies this position will
conduct event planning, technical rehearsals and event support.
While systems under management are remotely accessible, travel to an
alternation location to oversee planned and unplanned activity may be
necessary.
The individual in this role would have a minimum of 3 - 5 years of working
experience.
