Manage the Intake Queue, understand the scope of work being requested by Requestors, and engage with the IT Leads to gather Estimates. Track estimate submission from funding to scheduling, including BGE, Solution Estimates, Design Estimate, and Change Controls. Engage with the Application Project Managers to track funding, and run rates on projects. Partner with the business to forecast demand, and understand upcoming business initiatives and roadmaps. Accountable for summarizing and distributing release highlights to senior executives, and publishing benefit statements.
