*Java Lead Developer* *Duration : 6 months * *Location: Chicago, IL* *Job Description:* · Should be Core Java programmer , who is very good at programming , algorithms , search engine , data structures. · Strong core java experience - understands internals of various java classes and how the JVM works. Has written multi-threaded code and understands the intricacies involved with synchronization and access patterns. · Strong Analytical thinking along with *DataStructures* and *Algorithm experience* - Should have *CS fundamentals strong*. · Should know the differences between various data structures like *linkedlists, hashmaps, sets, arrays, trees, etc* and explain the *algorithmic complexity* of what it takes to insert elements into these structures or search for elements in these structures. · Be able to understand various sort algorithms and use them appropriately to solve real-world problems.
