*For Below position* Job : Peoplesoft PM with HCM (implementation) Location : Jersey City, NJ Duration : *contract longterm* *Candidate must be Local.* The Client is looking to replace its current *HR Workways Application* with *WorkDay*. An assessment of *WorkDay* shows that some functionality that exists in the current system is not supported by *WorkDay*. Once of the functions not supported is Offer Management. To provide that functionality, we need a PM to work with the client's business team to understand the needed functionality and document those requirements. *Skills*: 1. Requirements Gathering experience 2. PM experience with *HR / HCM* Applications 3. At least 7 years of experience, but preferably 9+ 4. Must be able to work independently.
