This candidate will assist with performing data analysis, validation, and verification of vendor and customer provided data. Candidate must have strong analytical skills, be a team player and exhibit strong oral and written communication skills. Candidate must be accustomed to working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with limited supervision. Provide expert recommendations, guidance and best practices to team and customer. *Skills Requirements:* *Required Skills* · Solid understanding of Relational database management system (RDBMS) concepts · Experience with relational database design and development · Expert proficiency in using analytical tools and instruments - Excel/Microsoft Access · Ability to understand and develop ETL scripts in support of Data Conversion and Business Intelligence Solutions · Experience preparing reports that compile the data into simple and understandable formats/reports for team and customer. · Ability to perform Unit Testing and Quality Assurance checks of developed scripts and reports. · Participate in Business intelligence design discussions and identify reports needed · Perform analysis of issues raised from constructed scripts and reports. · Ability to create detailed functional requirements derived business needs · Experience writing technical documentation *Desired Skills* · Knowledge of MI/BI OLAP tools - current and emerging. · Experience with Federal Contracting · Experience with the Social Security Administration (SSA) *Education:* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 11 years or more of professional experience; or 9 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree.
