*Job Title: Project Manager* *Location: Nashville, TN* *Duration : 12 Months* *Top 3: * An excellent candidate would be a former systems/wintel engineer who has been a PMP for the last 5+ years 5years as a PM over infrastructure projects. Big budgets. Really needs to have worked on data center projects. Home run if it was a consolidation Server and Wintel Experience Disaster recovery *Project Manager IV opportunity. * The selected candidate will be working in fast-paced enterprise-level environments requiring exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills. *Responsibilities:* Drive Interface engines data center consolidation and migration project, managing internal, client and vendor project teams throughout the entire project life cycle (technology and application migration discovery, design and execution) Build and develop the execution plan for the consolidation and migration of interface servers, storage and network Manage the individual migration plans and wave event planning (i.e., run books, minute-by-minute execution plans) Gather documentation and establish project plans/processes Manage project and wave event “Lessons Learned” and corrective measures Process tailoring and updates to migration run books and documentation *Required Skills/Experience: * Minimum of five years data center/server consolidation project experience (build, consolidation, relocation, migration or virtualization projects) Must be able and willing to travel up to 50 percent as needed Demonstrate a holistic understanding of data center operations (i.e., production operations, server, storage, network, database, systems, help desk, DR/business recovery and continuity practices, etc.) General understanding of all data center functions (production operations, network, change control, DR/business recovery, help desk, systems management and facilities) with a focus on server, storage and database technologies Applied understanding of data center functions, technologies and interdependencies: Server platform technologies (UNIX/Wintel--HP Sun/IBM, etc), Storage platform technologies, (SAN/NAS) including hardware and software (EMC/NetApp/Sun/IBM/HP, etc), Server/data center total cost of ownership (TCO), Data center/server operational components (monitoring, management, etc.), Asset management (experience with tools/process), and other technologies (VMware/virtualization, etc.) Excellent communication, organization and writing skills are required Project schedules and dependencies Project monitoring and corrective action Communication mechanisms including project status reports and dashboards, meeting agendas and minutes and executive reports and presentations Execute change control, quality, risk management and communications throughout the project MS Project, PowerPoint, Visio and Office tools to manage plans, charts, reports and documentation, etc. PMP certification is desired ITIL and ITSM knowledge and certifications desired Bachelor’s degree preferred Thanks & Regards *Sateesh *| Sr. Technical Recruiter *Seven Hills Software Technologies Inc.* Carnegie Office Park, Building Six 800 N.
