DIRECT CLIENT REQUIREMENT *Informatica Developer with BO* skills (75% Informatica and 25% BO) *Location:* Downtown, NY *Duration:* 6 months or longer *Interview:* Skype interview followed by client interview. Ideally we are looking for local candidates that can have an in person interview with “confidential client” for the 2nd round. If not local, a 2nd round skype call will have to do with the client. We are prepared to do the first interviews in the evening or even over the weekend as this is very urgent. *Job Overview:* The requirement is for an experienced Informatica and BO resource with good exposure to SQL Server. The candidate should have at least 7+ years of relevant experience. The candidate should have very good communication skills and should be able to interact with the client directly. He/she should be able to coordinate with offshore team. Experience in working in finance/banking/capital markets will be an advantage. Experience in working in finance/banking/capital markets will be an advantage. *Duties & Responsibilities:* · Should be able to interface with the client and coordinate with a team of developers in the offshore/onshore model project. · Communication with users to gather requirements and analyze/address issues. · Investigating and fixing bugs / Participating in test execution cycles. · Coordinate with users and developers located in different geographic regions. · Will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing data loading processes from multiple application systems into Data Warehouse. · Work very closely with Data Architects, Analysts and Modelers to ensure the requirements are well understood and develop ETL process that are robust and perform at acceptable service levels. · Develop reports using Business Objects *Detailed Technical Skills Requirement * · Perform detailed data analysis to understand the source system data. · Participate in reviewing the data warehouse data model. · Design high level ETL process and data flow from source system to DW. · Review source to target data mapping document for ETL processes. · Review physical Database objects including fact tables, dimensions, staging, materialized views, indexes provided by Data Modeler. · Develop & unit test Informatica ETL processes for optimal performance. · Develop & unit test Unix scripts for pre and post loading processes. · Performance tune Informatica ETL mappings and report queries. · Work with QA Lead and test engineer and review high level ETL design, source to target data mapping document and be the point of contact for any ETL related questions. · Coordinate ETL and database development work with offshore ETL developers and conduct code reviews. · Work closely with database administration team and ensure the database is architected and designed to handle concurrent ETL and reporting query jobs. · Provide level-4 production support for data warehouse jobs. · Develop , maintain and troubleshoot various BO reports · Write queries, stored procedures in SQL Server. *Project Management Skills Requirement * · Must have very good communication skills · Should be able to work in offshore-onsite model · Must knowledge of a development project life cycle. · Identify and understand the scope of functionality and suggest development solutions with cost benefit and design options. *HABEEB* AddOn Technologies, Inc *Phone: 734-956-4737 Ext: 160* *hab...@addonusa.com <hab...@addonusa.com>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "OracleD2K" group.
