*Position Title: Senior Basis Administrator*
Location : Kansas City
Duration : 12 Months
*DAILY RESPONSIBILITES:*
· Help maintain the SAP landscape in an integrated manner with the
existing FSA and USDA SAP projects as part of an integrated hosting
environment to ensure continuity of operations.
· Provide support, monitoring, and problem resolution of the
infrastructure for SAP environments in accordance with applicable service
level agreements.
· Develop and maintain technical documentation such as system
administration procedures for SAP environments.
· Conduct root cause analysis in a highly complex and distributed
networking environment with communication channels to externally interfaced
systems.
*MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:*
Experience:
Possess 5-7 years of experience in SAP applications and solutions
integration/implementation. Experience working in SAP ECC 6, CRM, Business
Intelligence/Business Objects (BI/ BO) environment with specific functional
knowledge across the core functionality of SAP ECC 6.0.
Experience shall also include the following:
Experience and understanding of the sub-components of the SAP
landscape required, to include: SAP ECC, SAP CRM, SAP Portals, SAP Business
Intelligence, Governance Risk and Controls.§
Broad knowledge across the entire technical landscape with a
deep knowledge in multiple technical areas across CRM, ECC, Portals, BI/ BO.
§
Experience with Public Sector business processes to resolve
challenges involving SAP Configuration and Customizing.§
Experience in full cycle technology implementations is
required.§
Experienced in various methodologies including, SDLS, TOGAF,
SAP ASAP.§
Demonstrated ability to assimilate new technologies and
determine their usefulness and appropriate placement within an existing
technical architecture and landscape.§
Possesses a strong understanding and knowledge of SAP solution
templates and standards for documentation, especially in Blueprint.§
Preferred to have knowledge of root cause analysis§
Education:
Possesses a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information
Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.§
Shall have ITIL Foundation Certification for either ITIL v.2
or v.3.§
SAP certification desired.§
*ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:*
· Minimum 5 years of SAP Basis support experience.
· CRM 7 experience.
· PI 7.3x experience.
· NetWeaver 7.3x experience.
· Production support experience for CRM/PI/Portal.
